Just had Sam from Sano Air out to do a heater check up. I found them on google after searching for “coupon for heating check up”. I saw they had a 5 star google review and figured they’d be good enough. Even though this was a “coupon” deal, I am blown away by the level of detail and professionalism! Sam took his time and cleaned my heater, vacuumed the dust, did some minor repairs and took the time to show me what may need replacing down the road (luckily nothing today!). I ended up purchasing the maintenance program (with no pressure from Sam) because I am terrible at remembering to schedule maintenance. He also took detailed pictures of everything and included it in a detailed report. Very impressed!! He was also very friendly, and was a good conversationalist!

First of all, this company is amazing. They are really upstanding people who know what they're doing and take pride in their work. From when I called until the last day, they were kind, friendly, and hardworking. We called in for an ac installation. Manny came and gave a great estimate. Manny is also a marine veteran, which is appreciated because my husband is also a marine vet. We always try to pick veteran-owned companies if possible and this happened to be one of them. Manny wasn't trying to oversell or hussle me. Before we got to them, I went through a few other companies for a quote. They all seemed sleezy compared to this group. Anyways, the job took three days. Ivan and another man came (can't remember his name and I feel bad), they were outstanding! Very careful with our home. Even when there was a small mishap, they took care of it and made me feel like they really cared about us as customers. Everything came out the way they told us it would be. Now our house is nice and cool! If you live in the Anaheim area, make sure you ask for Manny and Ivan.

I got very lucky when I called Sano Heating & Air Conditioning. I called on a Thursday and they actually came out Friday morning. Our AC was running, but warm….not cold. Technician Stevie arrived on time, wore booties every time he entered the house, was super kind, very polite, and extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. We only needed a new thermostat, but our unit is old and as he was about to leave, he said that he would recommend a new compressor and condenser at some point. I said, let’s set that up, and he said he could do it now! I want to emphasize, there was no pressure, no sales pitch, no pushing me to agree to his suggestion. But he did a very good job of explaining how all of that works, and that these items could extend the life of our unit. I really was very impressed with Stevie and his professionalism. He is one of the “good guys!” Prices were very reasonable, as well. When our unit finally conks out, we are calling Sano, for sure.

Ibrahim showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of the AC unit, the furnace and the filters. He found the issue fairly quickly and recommended multiple solutions. Ibrahim was very pleasant to work with and explained everything thoroughly. He fixed the problem with the furnace and also suggested a yearly maintenance plan which was reasonable. Sano HVAC replaced our furnace and a/c system. Patrick, owner, was involved in every aspect from analyzing our old system, assessing our needs, negotiating a fair and very competitive price, then overseeing the installation. Everything was done as promised, as scheduled and double checked to be in working order.
